Design is a process. It starts with getting to know you.

Getting to Know You

1) Understanding your business:

• How would you define your business personality?
• What makes you unique to your target customer?
• What are your successes so far?

2) Understanding your market:

• Who buys from you? Why do they buy? When do they buy?

3) Understanding your needs:
