Billing Policy
My billing policy is very simple. I receive 50% at the start of the project. This pays for the phone or in-person design briefing, my reasearch on your industry and competition, and the first round of concepts. If for any reason, you decide to stop or delay the process, you are entitled to keep the concepts that I provided to you.
The balance owing on the project is due upon your final approval of the project.
Unless otherwise noted, none of the pricing includes costs of stock photography, website urls or hosting, cost of paper, printing, shipping costs.
